In his book Tiny Habits, Stanford behavioural scientist BJ Fogg shares a great approach to structuring how we build new habits in it - and I’ve worjked it into this system. It’s called Using ABC: So we Anchor the habit to a point in your regular routine, express the tiny Behaviour shift in it’s simplest form, and then find a meaningful way to Celebrate when you’ve executed it.
